Terms & Conditions

1. General

By booking an appointment and/or purchasing any service or product from Juiciosas Ltd. (“Juiciosas”, “we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms apply to all bookings made online, by phone, via social media, or in person. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under Maltese law and EU consumer regulations.

2. Bookings & Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure most appointments.
• Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit is paid and you receive confirmation.
• Deposits are generally non-refundable, except where required by Maltese/EU law.
• Deposits are applied toward the final total unless otherwise stated.
• Deposits may be transferred to a new appointment one time if rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Further reschedules may require a new deposit.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours may result in loss of the deposit.
• No-shows require payment of an additional 60% of the service value before a new booking can be confirmed.
• Repeated cancellations/no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

4. Late Arrivals & Waiting Fee

• We allow a 15-minute grace period.
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may shorten the service to fit the remaining time, or reschedule while retaining the deposit.
• If you request us to wait beyond the grace period, a €10 waiting fee may apply (subject to staff availability and schedule impact).
• Full service price may still apply if the appointment cannot be completed due to late arrival.

5. Booking Accuracy & Price Adjustments

Clients are responsible for selecting the correct service and duration when booking. If an incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient service is booked (for example: selecting a shorter duration, not adding required removals, add-ons, or complex designs), Juiciosas Ltd. reserves the right to:

• Adjust the final price according to the actual service required, or
• Modify the duration if time allows, or
• Reschedule the appointment if insufficient time was booked.

If the incorrect booking significantly affects scheduling and cannot be accommodated, Juiciosas Ltd. reserves the right to cancel the appointment and retain the deposit. Accurate booking is essential to ensure professional execution, correct timing, and quality results.

6. Service Guarantee (3 Days)

• We offer a 3-day (72 hours) guarantee on selected services.
• Clients must contact us within 72 hours after the appointment; photo evidence may be requested.
• Where appropriate, a correction/adjustment may be offered at management discretion.
• Completed services are not refundable.
• The guarantee may not apply where results are affected by aftercare not followed, client interference, normal wear, or undeclared conditions.

7. Retail Products – Returns & Exchanges

• Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons, unless required by Maltese/EU consumer law (e.g., defective goods).
• Unopened products may be eligible for return according to Maltese Consumer Affairs rules, with proof of purchase and within applicable legal time limits.

8. Health, Allergies & Contraindications

• Clients must inform us before the service about allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, pregnancy (where relevant), or medications that may affect treatments.
• We may refuse or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsafe.
• Juiciosas Ltd. is not responsible for adverse outcomes resulting from undisclosed information.

9. Results Disclaimer

Beauty and wellness results vary from person to person and depend on individual factors (skin type, hair growth cycle, lifestyle, aftercare compliance). No specific outcome can be guaranteed. Services do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

10. Right to Refuse Service & Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or stop a service if abusive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior occurs, if health/safety risks are identified, or if policies are not respected. In such cases, deposits may be retained and the service may be considered completed depending on time spent and materials used.

11. Photography & Social Media

• We may request consent to take before/after photos for quality records or marketing.
• Marketing use will only happen with your consent.
• You may request removal of marketing content by contacting us.

12. Gift Cards / Vouchers

• Valid for [6 months / 12 months] unless otherwise stated.
• Non-refundable and not exchangeable for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced.

13. Pricing, Promotions & Corrections

• Prices may change at any time. The confirmed booking price applies unless the booked service was incorrect (see Booking Accuracy).
• Promotions/discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• If a pricing or listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and confirm the final price before the service.

14. Payments & Chargebacks

Payment must be made as agreed at booking or after service completion. In the case of chargebacks (payment disputes), Juiciosas Ltd. may provide evidence of booking, service delivery, and acceptance of these Terms. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed and escalated through legal channels where appropriate.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or inability to provide services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including power outages, severe weather, illness, government restrictions, system failures, or other unforeseen events. Where possible, we will offer rescheduling options.

16. Data Protection

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy and GDPR requirements.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be subject to Maltese jurisdiction.
